Previously, Peter led investment research for over $30 billion in assets at Capital Cities, LLC, and managed multi-asset portfolios for a $5 billion family office. He began his career in equity investment management, specializing in international and emerging markets. He holds an A.B. in Economics and an M.B.A. from Rollins College. An avid cyclist, golfer, and philanthropist, he raises funds for First Descents through the Leadville Trail 100 Mountain Bike Race.

Brian Dubb is the Chief Growth Officer at Swiftpay & Nextbank, two rising stars of the high growth fintech sector in SE Asia. Previously, Brian was the founder of music tech startups Centralized.me & MPAL.PRO. While starting life as an artist, Brian crossed the fence into management, building the career of Chilean wunderkind, Nano Stern, from busking to thousands of tickets a night, and restructuring the career and ground breaking ventures of one of the UK's leading and most respected artists, Imogen Heap.
